Over time, that can start to look like constant anxiety, mental exhaustion, burnout, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
I work with professionals who are navigating anxiety, stress, and burnout, especially those who are used to managing a lot on their own but are starting to feel overwhelmed. Therapy offers a space to step out of that cycle and begin to feel more grounded, clear, and in control.
My Approach
My style is both warm and structured. I believe therapy should feel supportive and nonjudgmental, while also helping you create meaningful, practical change in your life.
I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT, along with person-centered and strength-based techniques. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your stress and anxiety, while also building tools you can use in your day-to-day life.
